Main Street and Airport Road have been re-designed and resurfaced  in Destin.  The city invites you to its many new businesses, restaurants and fun attractions.  Destin Harbor reconstruction is amazing!  If you haven't been to Destin for a few years, you're in for a big surprise!  It's more beautiful and exciting than ever!
  
Our rates have been reduced, and many specials are offered, even though we have made extensive improvements and renovations to the building, costing more than $4,000,000!   Condo unit owners have also made many updates, and all the units now have new, tinted, virtually soundproof, sliding glass doors and windows on the balconies.  Our repeat guests have told us that Breakers East looks better than when it was new!
