Building and Grounds 
BREAKERS EAST was built in 1982, by Bennet Construction Co.  The building is a solid concrete and steel structure with wide walkways, extra-wide balconies,  two elevators, a large parking lot,  two lighted tennis courts, heated swimming pool, beach walkover and grilling and sunning areas.  Palm trees, flowering shrubs, grassy areas and beautiful paver stones abound.
